Community to me is everything.

I have been with Rasmussen University since 2013 and all virtual, and all of my professors throughout the entire journey have been nothing but supportive of making me reach my dreams.

So going into the online forum, you get to know who your professor is, who you can contact for help, and knowing that you have support, especially from a professor that's there and they're excited. And you need to have that support from your professor because they understand.

I've gotten letters of recommendation. I've gotten requests on LinkedIn to follow professors, and they post all the time. And so it's that constant knowledge that's just sourcing in. And that's building community. Because the goal is to just have that mindset of, I can do this, I can do this.

And Rasmussen professors, they don't want to see you fail. They want to see you grow. They want to build you so that you can be what you went to school to be.

I wake up in the morning and I work from home. So my office is right there, which is where my studies are. And there are so much resources out there, especially that Rasmussen provides to get these things done. The knowledge base is incredible. A good virtual experience is knowing that your professor is there.

Not everyone can attend the live lectures. We're working, being parents, etc. And as a virtual student, having the ability to build a virtual community with people that are from all different states, different parts of their programs, it's empowering.

Pursuing my Master's in Human Resource Management was a call to action to come into the workplace and be able to bring new ideas, and I'm so thankful for Rasmussen University for being able to make it so easy and seamless.
